Recruitment Process


1. Job Posted – Job opportunities are advertised on our internal and external job boards

2. Apply – You’ve found a role that suits your skills, experience and interest. Submit your application through our online platform and attach a copy of your resume and cover letter. Once you submit your application, an auto-generated email will be sent to you to confirm receipt of your application.

3. Screen – The Talent Acquisition team will conduct a structured screening of your applications against the role requirements and the hiring brief

4. Interview - If you have been selected to move forward with your application, the Talent Acquisition team will be in touch to learn more about you and discuss about the role. If you are proceeding to the next round, a Face-to-Face interview or a virtual interview will be organised for you to meet the hiring team. This can be a technical, behavioural and competency based interview. The number of interviews required will depend on the role you have applied for.

5. Pre-employment Checks – Police checks for all successful candidates and pre-employment medical checks for some high risk, operational roles

6. Offer – This is when the Talent Acquisition team will let you know of the final decision on your application.

7. On-boarding – You will be asked to complete all the new hire forms and to attend an orientation process to go through Keyton’s structure, vision, mission and values.
