Freestanding or attached homes
Our freestanding or attached homes offer open-plan living with plenty of natural light. These homes, sometimes called villas or units, are low-maintenance and usually on the ground level. We have options for one-bedroom, 2-bedrooms and 3-bedrooms, and in some cases, a separate study. This style of home almost always comes with an alfresco area and garden, so you can enjoy a private outdoor oasis. Most of these homes have car space options ranging from an outdoor space or carport to a double lock-up garage with internal access. Some villages have homes without car spaces.
Apartments
If you’re a frequent traveller or prefer an easy maintenance option, apartment living could be for you. You can choose from one-bedroom, 2-bedroom, or 3-bedroom options, possibly with a separate study. Most apartments don't have a private garden, but there’s usually a balcony - and some apartments even have 2 balconies!
While you might not have a private garden, our villages offer plenty of manicured gardens and outdoor spaces for you to wander and enjoy. And many villages have communal vegetable and herb gardens where you can grow your own produce and keep your green thumb happy.
Serviced apartments
Our serviced apartments offer independent living with a little extra support. Serviced apartments are usually studio or one-bedroom options, and they're typically located within a dedicated building in the village. As a resident of a serviced apartment, you still live independently but have the convenience of meals and other services provided for you.
This style of living means you can enjoy village life without having to worry about cooking, cleaning or heavy laundry.
