A new chapter at The Baytree by Ardency

Monday, 22 April 2024

Last week marked a significant milestone for the community at The Baytree by Ardency.

Four luxurious sub penthouse apartments in the Sirius Building were unveiled at an exclusive ribbon cutting event. Nestled in the heart of Greenwich, this new addition further enhances the living experience at The Baytree by Ardency, blending sophistication with a warm community spirit.

A grand welcome to modern elegance

Among the guests for the occasion were Nathan Cockerill, the CEO of Keyton, along with the resort's manager, Sarah Connelly, and many enthusiastic residents. The event kicked off with welcoming speeches, followed by a ribbon cutting ceremony spearheaded by Jean, one of Sirius’ new residents.

More than just a building

The Sirius Building is designed to harmonise with the lush greenery of The Baytree and seamlessly integrate with the existing structures. What stands out is the much-anticipated hair and beauty salon, a gem that added sparkle to the amenities upgraded through the Sirius project.

Post-tour, the air filled with the clinking of champagne glasses and delightful canapés, as everyone gathered to celebrate this remarkable addition to their community.

The journey to Sirius

Launched in 2020, the project faced unforeseen challenges; global pandemics, supply shortages, and even the need to change builders midway due to unforeseen circumstances. Yet, the persistence and dedication of the entire project team, coupled with the patience and support from the residents, turned these challenges into a success story worth celebrating.
